Shane Lee Crawford was just trying to keep his 12 year old nephew from running away so he hog tied him. The boy who has Asperger's kept on running away the Uncle said.
Interestingly enough the guy was charged when he choked his own son.
The charges were reduced in the case of his nephew. The Judge asked Crawford "What have we learned?" Crawford answered "That things have changed alot since I was a kid".:what: Ummmm that's a tad cocky IMO to say to a Judge. There are far better answers.
