A 33-year-old US man has spoken out about spending $100,000 on about 100 plastic surgery procedures in a miserably failed attempt to look like Justin Bieber.
Toby Sheldon has told in a cringe-inducing mini documentary about his bizarre quest how he has spent the last five years trying to look like the Canadian pop star.
He has had skin removed from his upper eyelid "to get (Bieber's) bright open eyes", surgery to his lips, his chin reduced and even hair transplants to bizarrely give him the sweeping bob hairstyle that Bieber had as a 16-year-old.
