Ashley Scheiber and a 23-year-old left the home in the 200 block of Liszka Lane, Oswego on Friday night. Scheiber, who has a medical condition, failed to take her medication with her. She and the man were last seen riding in a 1999 white Ford pickup truck with Illinois license plate number 1667116B. Scheiber is described a 5-foot-1, 140-pound white girl with blue eyes, brown hair and a fair complexion. She was last seen wearing a black shirt and gray sweatpants.

About 8:05 p.m., she and a 23-year-old left the home in the 200 block of Liszka Lane. Scheiber has a medical condition and failed to take her medication with her.

If LE has a vehicle description and license plate #, they must know who the vehicle belongs to, and who she left with. That is unless the vehicle belonged to Ashley, or belonged to her family.

Is the reported plate number of
1667116B correct?

I thought Illinois plates could only have 1-7 letters/numbers or does that rule only apply to vanity plates?

Seems to be an active page; They kindly post about found dogs, and had another teen missing somewhat recently that they posted about and later updated, but I can't seem to find anything about Ashley posted there. Has anyone else looked/could someone else confirm?

At 17, she would have needed parental consent for IL. Mississippi appears to have the most lax marital laws in terms of ages for consent: 17 for males, 15 for females, unsure of residency requirements there though.

In addition to the fact that Ashley is posting again on her FB page (TY @oceanverde for that info), this is certainly hopeful. MSM or LE confirmation is still needed.

I live in Chicago - there are so many teens missing in a city of this size it's quite unusual for MSM to report them found safe.
