Carmel Kelly of Glendale Heights was last seen at approximately 9 a.m. in the area of Oak Park Avenue and Madison Street. Kelly suffers from dementia and has only a short-term memory.

Kelly is described as standing 5 feet, 1 inch tall and weighing approximately 160 pounds. She was last seen wearing a black coat and black pants.
