Cook County Coroner's website says ME2015-01517 is a "Black Male Approximately 119 lbs Short black head hair Short black facial stubble Orthopedic hardware is alone the jawbone" found in a canal at 3111 S. Western Ave, Chicago, IL 60612. www.cookcountyil.gov/service/unidentified-persons
The hardware is not mentioned in his Namus file and Namus says race is uncertain.
