Circumstances of Recovery The decedent was involved in a motor vehicle crash where he was the driver of a 1974 Ford 2 door sedan when he struck the rear of another northbound vehicle. The decedent lost control and crashed into a tree. He was pronounced dead on arrival at Christ Hospital.
