Circumstances of Recovery On 19 August 2023 at 1144 hours, Chicago Police Department telephoned the Forensic Institute to report the death of an UNKNOWN Black Male. The incident occurred at 3057 W Chicago Ave, in Chicago, Ilinois, 60622. The UNKNOWN resided in a tent underneath the viaduct at the above address.
