That doesn't surprise me. There is an incredible humanitarian crisis in Chicago that has been made worse because of all the migrants arriving and living in shelters in areas already besieged by gangs and guns.

I hope the remains are identified and returned to loved ones but if it is a migrant, it might be impossible. RIP
