I think he was identified as James Neil O'Herrin, whose NamUs (MP57104) was also removed since my last check yesterday.

I couldn't find a WS thread for him but he is listed on Doe Network. The physical stats don't seem to match at all, but I think the time frame works, and the clothing also seems to match.
