Francisco “Tommy” Martinez, 19, was seen early Monday leaving his home in the 4800 block of Lockwood Avenue. He was wearing a Superman T-shirt and black sweatpants, and was on foot heading north. Martinez has autism and is nonverbal. He was described as a 5-foot-5, 170-pound man with brown eyes and black hair.
