I'm in the midst of making a reconstruction for this Jane Doe, and I couldn't seem to find a thread for her. The only record I can find is on DoeNetwork and very sparse, so I'm going to try to reach out to the Glenview PD and see if they can input her to NAMUS.

Here she is! Hopefully a bit more flattering.

No one really stood out to me during my search. I think Hazel resembles the recon, but it looks like she has a pretty large scar across her face? It’s not mentioned on her profile though. Not sure if that would necessarily matter considering the state of the remains. I wonder why they couldn’t estimate height or weight? Height at least.

She definitely seems like a good possibility! Seeing as Jane Doe was skeletal at this point, I wouldn't rule her out based on her scar.

The Glenview Police Department says that they have proper files on this woman, but due to their age, they'll likely have to be digitally scanned in, which may take some time. The woman who I talked to was very helpful, and I'm hopeful that with new information, this case may make some progress.

That sounds very positive! Hope it leads to something in the near future! Great job @victoriarobinson642 !

I've heard back from the Glenview PD and have the case report - it's, expectedly, not massive. I plan on spending the weekend condensing the info and I'll post it here. One thing I noticed was that there was more detail on the dental records - she had very unique teeth.

Sorry, I've been caught up with c and I forgot to post my summary:
My major takeaways were:
-Healed break injury to the 9th rib on the left side.
-Believed to have had a prior pregnancy - unknown if full term. (I think if I remember correctly from Julie Doe's case they can tell from pelvic pitting)
-Healed fracture injuries to both the left side of her nose and her upper jaw.
-She was missing all of her upper four front teeth, believed to have happened prior to her jaw injury, in a similar manner to the photo below. Possibly associated with her nose fracture.

-She was right-handed.
-She was most likely killed 3-9 months prior to her discovery, which is around October of 1992 through April of 1993.
-A reconstruction was made showing her 'smile' (used loosely).
Screen Shot 2021-03-14 at 6.35.29 PM.png
-The approximate area where she was found is 42.07215521, -87.86025286 which is now Community Park West of Glenview, Illinois - the electronics store has since closed down.

Unidentified Person/NamUs#UP107029
Female, Uncertain

Circumstances of Recovery: The decedent was located on July 23, 1993, on the grounds of Zenith Electronics Corp, in Glenview, Illinois. The subject was found by the grounds keeper approximately 50 feet into a wooded area near 1000 Milwaukee Ave, Glenview IL.

Not much information to go on for this poor girl. No PMI but skeletal so most likely years. Noting that the one article found about her discovery states the remains were limbless.

Wondering if the perp may have been employed by the Zenith Corp. at one time. Hope the authorities/ME preserved DNA as this will most likely be the only way they will find out who she is.
