MOLINE -- Police are seeking help locating Isaac Nukapigak who was last seen Sunday in the 2400 block of 15th Avenue, Moline.
Nukapigak, 27, is of American-Eskimo descent and was last seen wearing a dark colored t-shirt, blue jeans and possibly green colored shoes, according to police. He is 5-foot-8, weighs 150 pounds, has dark hair and brown eyes and a tattoo covering his lower left arm.
