Lisle police are searching for a missing 81-year-old woman who they say has a condition that puts her in danger.

Joyce Wunder was last seen about 12:35 p.m. Sunday leaving 628 Aster Court in a silver 2005 Toyota Camry with Illinois license plate number H573389, according to an emergency alert issued by state police. She was wearing an aqua jacket, a print shirt, dark jeans and black tennis shoes.

Wunder is described as 5 feet, 5 inches tall and weighing 155 pounds, police said. She has gray hair and brown eyes.

Anyone with information about Wunder's whereabouts is asked to call 911 or contact Lisle police at (630) 510-3864.

There is very little news about Ms. Wunder's disappearance. I couldn't find anything on Lisle PD or Dupage County Sheriff's SM. I hope she is found safe and soon.

My husband's college roommate lives in Lisle. It's a very nice, upscale area, to the West of Chicago, low crime. But it is also right off Highway 34 (Ogden) which can take a person directly into the inner city of Chicago if one follows it East. I hope she is found close to home and soon.
