No one has been charged yet and police are currently investigating. IMO this baby boy was being cared for by his father and possibly father's family members during this visit.

Kayson Flowers, a 2-month-old boy, died in April in Roseland. The medical examiner determined that the child died from abuse and ruled it a homicide. A $7,500 reward is being offered for the arrest and conviction of those responsible for his death.
