A South Side man on probation for burglary has been accused in the beating and smothering death of his girlfriends 14-month-old son while he was babysitting the child earlier this week.
(Massey) continued to punch the victim over and over again until the victim stopped crying and started to whimper, Assistant States Attorney Chris Costello said in court. The defendant then placed his hand over the victims mouth and suffocated him, then placed him back in his crib.
Coward, he killed the baby and left him in the crib so that the mother could discover him!!
