I would have thought that crime would have gotten an automatic life sentence. Not in Illinois, I guess.

Convicted toddler rapist/ killer Cayce Williams was released after only serving 24 years of his 48 year sentence.

Now registered as sex offender in Crystal Lake Illinois.

Not all judges have a good judgment. It’s a shame we have people in such powerful positions with no regard for the safety of future victims. Anyone who would rape a child or a baby needs to be in prison forever because as soon as they get out they will continue to rape or escalate to murder. It’s what they do and it only ever gets worse.

I suppose that some judges might actually know better but get paid off or political favors for giving short sentences. Courts have become more and more corrupt all the way to the top, including SCOTUS.

After reading several articles about this the other day I had to stop.

Unable to link, but Quortney's dad waited outside to see the monster released. Quortney's mom recounted the most horrific day that nobody should experience.

Last, but not least an interview outside the home of the monster's brother by the monster. He doesn't want the neighbors to be afraid, upended etc. All about him, and how he still says what happened to Quortney was.from him giving CPR.

Unbelievably unjust, sad, and heart wrentching.

He moved to south side Chicago. Perhaps he will become a victim statistic in time. So sad.
