Police are looking for a woman who has been missing for more than two weeks from Austin on the West Side.

Patton is described as a 5-foot-2, 140-pound woman with brown eyes, gray hair and a medium complexion, police said.

Anyone with information is asked to call the Area North Special Victims Unit at 312-744-8266.

There's a lot of businesses in the area where she went missing. Maybe a camera captured the direction she went? Where is her family?

Last articles I can find about this lady are from May 2019. There are no updates on Facebook as far as I can tell, and she's not listed on Charley or NAMUS.

To not be in NamUS after 2 years seems strange. I wonder if she was found and no one ever followed up publicly?

I try and follow up with 'lukewarm' cases often and this is frequently the case. Unfortunately it's hard to say 100% without a media followup, which there rarely is when the MP was found within a few weeks or so. Very frustrating.

Agreed. I live in Chicago. A lot of people, and especially the young and elderly go missing and it's never reported in the media when they are found safely, if they are.
