The Cook County medical examiner's office said the body of Sonji Clay was found Tuesday morning in her home in Chicago's Hyde Park neighborhood. There's no word yet on a cause of death.

Clay met Ali when he was still known as Cassius Clay. The singer was introduced to the heavyweight champion by his manager. They were married just 41 days later on August 14th, 1964.
