The South Elgin Police Department is seeking the public’s assistance in locating a missing person since September 2019. Suzanne Rezab (female, white, 33-years-old, 5’2”, 115, brown hair, green eyes, light complexion) fled from a drug rehabilitation center in Oak Park in mid-September 2019 wearing only an unknown color gown. Family reported her missing in November 2019 after they were unable to locate her on their own. The South Elgin Police Department has exhausted all avenues of investigation and seeks the public’s help in locating Ms. Rezab.
Ms. Rezab may have relapsed. She has previously panhandled in the area of Congress Parkway near the old Post Office building in Chicago. Other family members have reported unsubstantiated claims she might be somewhere in Indiana. If anyone locates Ms. Rezab please contact the most local police department so officers can confirm her well-being. If anyone has more information, please contact the South Elgin Police Department at 847-741-2151.

This is odd. Did the rehab not report Suzanne as missing? If so, why not? When was the family notified about the incident? It's been a very long time since Suzanne has been missing. Hopefully she's somewhere safe.
