Presumed Located IL - Suzanne Rezab, 33, fled from rehab wearing a gown, Oak Park, Sep 2019

The South Elgin Police Department is seeking the public’s assistance in locating a missing person since September 2019. Suzanne Rezab (female, white, 33-years-old, 5’2”, 115, brown hair, green eyes, light complexion) fled from a drug rehabilitation center in Oak Park in mid-September 2019 wearing only an unknown color gown. Family reported her missing in November 2019 after they were unable to locate her on their own. The South Elgin Police Department has exhausted all avenues of investigation and seeks the public’s help in locating Ms. Rezab.

Ms. Rezab may have relapsed. She has previously panhandled in the area of Congress Parkway near the old Post Office building in Chicago. Other family members have reported unsubstantiated claims she might be somewhere in Indiana. If anyone locates Ms. Rezab please contact the most local police department so officers can confirm her well-being. This is odd. Did the rehab not report Suzanne as missing? If so, why not? When was the family notified about the incident? It's been a very long time since Suzanne has been missing. Hopefully she's somewhere safe.

It looks like Suzanne has children, according to her FB page. I'm sure Suzanne's need for rehab, in addition to her disappeearance, has been especially difficult for them. I hope she can be found, and turn her life around.

An arrest in 2013 for violation of a protection order Lake in the Hills Police Arrest Several for Domestic Battery, DUI I hope she has safely distanced herself from that relationship. I'm pretty sure I've seen her panhandling on my drive home from work (not many young women out there) but it's been quite a long time since I saw her unless she changed her appearance significantly.

Circumstances of Disappearance Rezab was last seen at a church in Oak Park, Illinois. She was to be picked up by a family member, went back into the church to check out, and never exited the church. Her family member checked with the church, but was told that Rezab was not inside.
