Timothy Fogt, 50, is a white male, approximately 5-foot-8, weighing 185 pounds. He was last seen leaving Credit Union 1 amphitheater Saturday around 11 p.m. He was wearing a black jacket, white Live Nation shirt and black pants.

Anyone aware of his whereabouts should contact police non-emergency number at 708-444-5300.

Timothy's FB. Log into Facebook It states he lives in Romeoville, IL. However, the white pages state he lives in an Apartment in Chicago. https://www.usphonebook.com/timothy-fogt/U4ETOwQDOxYTO4YzNzEzNyQTN10yR

The concert at the venue last night was for the band "Pierce the Veil". Parking opened up at 2 in the afternoon, and the show began at 7 PM according to the venue's FB page.

. About a 30 minute drive. Tinley Park to Romeoville

Map of Tinley Park to his current phone book listed address: Note: it shows an hour if you take the Tollway 294. However 294 is under heavy construction so locals have been using alternative routes during peak times.

Unfortunately, Timothy was found deceased early Sunday afternoon

So sorry to hear that, from what I could find, he was very well regarded as a teacher in Romeoville. Attached is a map of where the accident happened. The concert venue is in the lower right of the screenshot (Google map of Tinley Park, IL). Where you see the "cloverleaf" is where I-80 intersects with 43 which is the "Harlem" street they are referring to. He may have been headed on foot to distant parking, or a restaurant, or even a hotel nearby, if he didn't want to drive if he had planned on having some alcohol. But that's busy, traffic wise, even at night.

Has a cause of death been released?
The medical examiner wouldn't issue one this soon even if the COD was obvious. The medical examiner in Cook County does maintain a public website I know how to get to, but it's usually several weeks before COD is populated. When an eldely gentleman was hit by a train 3 blocks from my home a couple of months ago, it took about a month for the COD to be entered where I could find it.

But given that Mr. Fogt was a pedestrian found on the median of a very busy highway, it's likely he was struck by a vehicle. Given the number of large trucks that come through that interchange, it's also possible that whomever struck him, if that is indeed what happened, may not have ben realized it.

Sadly, what I had surmissed. There's a lot of semi traffic though there (the labratory my husband works at when he's not traveling, is in Tinley Park so we're famliar).

My condolences to his family - he was a respected teacher and from what I read online was loved by his students.

It's very unfortunate. In a local news site it was mentioned the family believes a mental health crisis might have been happening, so I don't know if he did it deliberately or if he was in such a profound state of crisis that he wasn't thinking clearly. I live in the area and it's not exactly the kind of area where you would mistakenly wander into the road or think for a second you could work your way across, nor would you need to since there's an overpass on Harlem that would take you over to the other side of 80.
