A Kingman, Arizona suspect wanted in connection with 600 pounds of construction and household waste dumped illegally in the desert, has accidentally presented himself to law enforcement.
20-year-old Trenton Drake White waited in line at an LE-sponsored free trash collection event, in the vehicle investigators from the Mohave environmental team had seen parked outside a house they believed the trash might have come from. They'd been unable to make contact with the owner at the time.
White was arrested at the scene on two misdemeanor warrants for failure to pay fines and driving on a suspended license, but now faces felony charges of criminal littering. Police say he's admitted dumping the trash.
