Jennings Circuit Magistrate Judge Christopher Doran on Monday ordered Landon Doty, 15, North Vernon, to be tried as an adult, citing “heinous” conduct and a “repetitive pattern of delinquent acts” captured on the Jennings County School Corp. school bus’s camera “over a period of several weeks,” according to court records made public on Thursday.

I don't think he was once it was revealed that he was assaulting the other child.

I am curious why a 15 year old teen was riding a school bus that also contained a 7 year old special needs student. Seems like the two would be attending different schools with that grade level gap?
