The only thing I could find that might be related to her is a current warrant for arrest (for FTA at pre trial conference last November after posting $4000 bond) on a drug charge and operating a vehicle while drugs in system case in Northern Indiana for a Brandy A. Martinez. The same woman also has a minor speeding ticket (Case 20D04-2311-IF-003165 closed) in Elkhart. Defendant is Brandy A. (no full middle name) Martinez. So it may or may not be the missing woman. A pre trial hearing was scheduled for late fall, which the defendant missed (jury trial Jan 2026) and a warrant was issued.

Why in my opinion I believe it's the missing woman.
1. Height and Weight in missing information matches court records from Brandy A. Martinez, Plymouth.
2. A spokeo address listing for Brandy Ann Martinez lists her address in Plymouth which is the address on record with the court. It also lists her age as 33. (profile view attached) Brandy Ann Martinez, Plymouth, IN (46563) - Spokeo
3. Her mother LS and several missing posters on FB (unverified) have given her full name as Brandy Gayheart Martinez. The Spokeo address listing also lists here as aka Brandy Gayheart.

Questions of course, was her being missing unrelated to the upcoming hearing (accident or foul play) and there was a warrant issued ONLY because she failed to show after that occurred? Or is she safe but avoiding interaction with the courts for personal reasons? I hope she lets her mom and others know she is safe if she is able. The rest can be worked out.
