This is just sad, there is NOTHING out there anywhere about Delia. Do we know for sure she is actually missing? Is there still family looking for her? The only thing of interest I could find is the mention of a unsolved murder of Ronli Ratliff, on April 15, 2004, in Mooresville, IN. In addition to the last name and state being the same, there are only 15 days between Ronli's murder and Delia's disappearance. Maybe just a coincidence?


Maybe someone who has a subscription to Ancestry, Newspapers .com, or Classmates .com can dig up some information!

Agreed this is so sad. Maybe they have an idea of a suspect and what has happened to her. But with no proof there’s nothing to do.

I hope one day we see a public appeal for tips. Someone knows something.
