The South Bend Police Department is asking for the public's help locating a woman who went missing Tuesday night and reportedly has early signs of dementia.

Dinah J. Graham, 63, was last seen around 8:45 p.m. Tuesday in downtown South Bend, according to a tweet from South Bend police. She is 5 feet, 2 inches tall and 130 pounds. She was last seen wearing a purple coat and black shoes.

Police say Graham may have been trying to get to St. Joseph Medical Center to visit her husband when she was last seen.

Graham may have been seen in the area of Mishawaka Avenue and 28th Street heading east toward Mishawaka around 3:20 a.m.
