Police are searching for Gary Brooks, 70, who is 5-foot-9 and weighs 210 pounds. He has gray hair and brown eyes.

He was last seen wearing a white T-shirt, black pants and sandals. He is believed to be driving a white 1998 Chevy van with the Indiana plate RQG229.

Brooks was last seen Sunday at 7 p.m. in Lafayette and is believed to be in danger. He may be disoriented and require medical assistance.
