It looked like the woman was transporting toys inside of the crate attached to her bike — but then Brian Henderson says he saw an “arm move.”

Police were called to Just Pizza at 3852 E. 10th Street on June 27 after one of Henderson’s coworkers, Suezanne Lynch, says she saw a woman on a bike swerving and almost wrecking a few times, at one point hitting a curb and almost causing the bike to fall over, according to court documents.

If mom was this drunk now did she drink during the pregnancy? I sure hope those babies don't have any symptoms of Shaken Baby Syndrome. Where is Dad? Did Gma/Gpa know the mom was transporting her babies this way? I'm blown away that they're 2 months old and the mom thought this was ok. Most women have twins early and sometimes via C-section, so there had to be others aware she had 2 babies. No one there to lead the way?

One man said he thought Kirby was transporting toys in the milk crates attached to the bike. But then, he saw an arm move inside. Soon after, he and his coworkers approached Kirby and saw what was inside the milk crate: two unrestrained 2-month-old twin babies.
