Statewide Silver Alert

The Cass County Sheriff’s Office is investigating the disappearance of 14-year-old Kairi Maier.

Kairi is described as:
• White female, 5’0”, 110 lbs
• Brown hair, brown eyes
• Last seen wearing a black sweatshirt, blue gym shorts, and baby blue shoes

She was last seen in Galveston, Indiana (The initial release from ISP did say Logansport) on Monday, September 29, 2025, at 3:30 a.m.

Kairi is believed to be in extreme danger and may require medical assistance.

Anyone with information should contact the Cass County Sheriff’s Office at 574-722-6060 or dial 911 immediately.

The Cass County Sheriff’s Office — the agency tasked with investigating the case — has indicated that Maier was last seen at her home in Galveston. Cass County investigators reported that Maier was believed to be trying to visit members of her family in Hamilton County when she first went missing.
