The Indianapolis Metropolitan Police Department says 26-year-old Kirsten Brueggeman was last seen Saturday at about 12:20 a.m. walking southbound away from Manley’s Irish Mutt — located at 7041 E. 10th Street — in the direction of a bowling alley that was closed at the time.

She was seen on camera headed east past the Winner Woodworking Company — located at 702 N. Shortridge Road — and then began heading southbound on Shortridge Road towards E. Washington Street, according to IMPD. Police say it is currently unknown if she made it down to Washington Street.

Kirsten is described as 5’2”, 115lbs, brown hair with brown eyes. She was heading south in the direction of the bowling alley that was closed at the time. She was seen via camera that she headed east past the Winner Woodworking Company located at (702 N. Shortridge Rd) and then began heading southbound on Shortridge Rd towards E. Washington Street. It is unknown at this time if she made it down to Washington Street. She was wearing a gray colored stocking cap, a black coat that goes to the waist, blue jeans, and was carrying a white bag with her.

Looked up Mutley's and they describe it as a neighborhood pub.

Wondering how much further Kirsten had to go to get to her destination?

The white bag makes me think she either got takeout or had leftover food. The site doesn't say indoor restrictions due to Covid. Maybe she hung out for awhile?

Hoping she is found safe somewhere.

Circumstances of Disappearance She was last seen on video footage walking eastbound through the YMCA parking lot at approximately 0200 hrs. The YMCA is located at 501 North Shortridge Road, Indianapolis, IN 46219. She was last seen wearing a gray or light colored stocking hat, black jacket, blue jeans, and black knee high boots. She was carrying a white back pack on her back.

Seems like the 10th-15th woman missing in Indy over the last 5 years. Unfortunately several have turned up deceased in this same area. Parents have hired Lauth to look into her disappearance.
