An Elkhart woman with dementia is missing and police need YOUR help locating her!

They say 59-year-old Laverne Galloway has dementia. She is 5'1" and 189 pounds with long black braided hair.

She is believed to have left 733 W. Garfield around 4:30 p.m. Monday afternoon and could be in a black 2008 Saturn Outlook SUV with a license plate reading BFH156.

They say she may be headed to the Three Rivers area.
