There is not much info on this murder.
From what I read Lionel Hampton was leaving the Elks Lodge in 315 East Havens St in Kokomo on the night of February 8th, 1997 when he was gunned down by 2 suspects.
At the time the police said that the murder was caused by a "turf conflict".
