Her family asked to remain anonymous because they’re fearful of the person who may have harmed Shaylee.
Her aunt said she believes Shaylee may have met a man online and left to meet up with him.
The biggest red flag, the family said, is the abandoned vehicle that was found near Shaylee’s body. The 2016 black Chevrolet sedan had been set on fire.
“We figure the car that was found burning had something to do with her death,” Shaylee’s grandfather said."
Shaylee disappeared from home without her cell phone and was declared a runaway on February 10.
