Lots of news on poor Daniel who sadly has recently been found deceased.
The suspected remains of missing child Daniel Aruebose have been removed from land where he is believed to have been secretly buried four years ago.

Gardai will now await a full postmortem examination on the partial skeletal remains and clothing before taking any further steps - as they work to establish if the child was murdered, died by accident, or of natural causes.

The remains were first recovered during the course of a spot check on a search of land off the Portrane Road in Donabate, North Co Dublin on Wednesday.

The mother of three-year-old Daniel Aruebose - who went missing over four years ago in north County Dublin - did not initially tell gardai that her little boy was secretly buried by her and her then partner.

Instead, the little boy's mum told gardai that he was dead - but that she didn't know where his body was - and "to ask" her then partner, the child's dad. However, in a turn of events, Daniel's mum later admitted to gardai that they both buried him in the marshy land along the Portrane Road in Donabate - about 4km from the apartment they lived in at The Gallery in the seaside town in north County Dublin.

Gardaí have identified a person they suspect was the prime mover in the death of Daniel Aruebose, who they believe was killed aged 3½ years in 2021 before his remains were buried in open ground just outside the village of Donabate in north Dublin.

There is now concern the suspect, and a person regarded as a close accomplice, were living a chaotic lifestyle, which Daniel was at times exposed to. The level of care, and how he was treated during that time, is now an intense area of focus for the Garda investigation team based at Swords Garda station, north Dublin.

GARDAI probing the homicide of tragic tot Daniel Aruebose are trawling through tens of thousands of emails.

Cops are following up on info passed to them by the public over the past seven months, The Irish Sun on Sunday has learned.

But it is taking time due to the volume of work involved.

*****
Sources said the Garda investigation team remain determined to establish what happened to the boy.

A major stumbling block is that no cause of death has been established, with the post-mortem inconclusive.

A source told us: “The fact that the boy’s body lay in a shallow grave for years meant it was not possible to establish how he died.
