I don't think the names of the person or people responsible for this have been released yet. I will name and shame them once they are released.

THIRTEEN dogs have been rescued from a property in North-West Cork after they were discovered in “horrifying” conditions.
The animals had been locked in sheds and trailers and were found living in inches of their own faeces.

The bodies of three dead dogs were also found on the premises...

OMG! Those photos are sickening, literally, so disturbing. Those poor creatures.
