Sounds to me like the Cop didn't do his Job & search the area properly & just "Blew Krunk off".

That explains why they never found the bag.

This is also a Great "Preemptive Strike" on the part of the Prosecution.

The Officer Missed the bag & he was disiplined - What can Jose say?
