Italian Court upholds conviction of man who said you cant rape a woman in jeans

I had to alter the title as it wouldnt fit but basically thats what this was saying. Ten years ago the court provoked outrage by saying it was impossible to rape a woman wearing jeans. Thank God this court saw sense today!

What a bunch of bs, Im glad they didnt listen. Heck my pants are loose right now since I have lost a little weight and my husband joking around last night pulled them down in one quick jerk to the floor just by pulling on the pant leg.
