24-year-old Tokyo graduate and boxer Ikki Kodukai was arrested this morning after bursting into a lawyer's office, cutting off the victim's private parts with garden shears, then flushing them down the toilet.
It's reported the attack may have been motivated by the 42-year-old victim's alleged romantic involvement with Kodukai's girlfriend. The victim was taken to hospital but his exact condition isn't known and his name hasn't been released.
