Jesse Ross -- NaMus match?

Many years ago, I found a NaMus entry of an undentifiied body in East Chicago, IN. Initially, the race was liisted as possibly Native American. Then it was changed to undetermined. His stats match Jesse Ross's. 2 months ago, I submitted a possible hit to NaMus, but I never heard back. What do you think:

John Doe: NaMus #UP15431.

Jesse went missing in Novemeber 2006. They estimate that John Doe died sometime in 2007 (no particular month).At the earliest, that's just 2 months from November 2006.
