This man was found in December 2007 in the province of New Brunswick Canada. I am trying to keep this broad, as he may not have been from the area. Someone knows who he is.
He was located outdoors near the Trans-Canada Highway (TCH) which could indicate he is not originally from the area, and was perhaps hitchhiking, passing through, etc.
At the time he was found in 2007, I do not believe a passport was required for travel between Canada and the USA, so it is possible he was from either country.
The first photo is a rendering by the RCMP, his eyes, face shape etc may have been slightly different in life. The second rendering was put through an app to remove the beard.
Approx Height: 5'7"
Thin build
Brown hair, brown eyes
No tattooes or scars
