John Spratt, 68
The Toronto Police Service is requesting public assistance in locating a missing man.

He was last seen on, or about, Thursday, August 31, 2017, in the Sherbourne Street and Queen Street area. This was reported to police on Friday, May 31, 2019.

He is described as average height and build, short dark hair, and an unknown clothing description at this time.

Police are concerned for his safety.''
