Whether I would agree with a finding of suicide would depend upon what further information is released and if it made sense to me that it was suicide.

Not sure how to vote. I will be satisfied, even if the cause of Rebecca's death is again ruled suicide, if there's some convincing evidence or argument about the chain of events resulting in both Max's death and Rebecca's. I think this case was "solved" too quickly.
