Kozinski, 57, told the Times he thought the material on his site, which included a video of a man cavorting with a sexually aroused farm animal, couldn't be seen by the public. The judge said he didn't believe any of the images were obscene.
"Is it prurient? I don't know what to tell you," he told the newspaper. "I think it's odd and interesting. It's part of life."
Yale Kozinski, the judge's film editor son, told The New York Times on Wednesday that the site is registered to him and he maintains it. Friends and family are able to post there, he said. (more at link)

This judge is a freak. He is into sex with animals and while I normally have an "each to their own" attitude when it comes to fetishes this is just animal abuse and totally disgusting.

He has no place being over an "obscenity trial". You know he is LOVING watching the movies and other evidence in this trial!

Um, I admit, I know what video she's talking about when it comes to the guy being chased by a donkey w/ his pants down. It WAS hilarious! It was some city slicker who decided to pee in the donkey's pasture and the donkey wasn't having it, so the donkey chased his bare a** to the fence.
