I haven't thought much of Fox's resident judge since he said he'd cut DRIP loose and not even let it go to the jury.
But, give credit where credit is due, he is right in saying if Mark Felt takes money, even now, that will complete the elements of bribery.
Think how many LE had knowledge of really good stuff in the Scott Peterson case and kept quiet.
Just because you get assigned a high profile case doesn't give anyone in LE the right to accept a bribe.
