Julia was last seen leaving her apartment in Kansas City, Missouri on November 16, 1986. She was planning to visit a friend at the time. She left all of her personal belongings behind at her residence. Authorities initially believed that Julia may have traveled to California to join a musical group that she had previous contact with in 1986, however, this information has been followed up with negative results. Foul play is now suspected in her disappearance.
