I knew Sandra from her first husband. They had one son together. Sandra was an identical twin. I don't know a whole lot more personally. I didn't mention to them that I was putting this up, but I hope they wouldn't mind.
Her son was so young, about 10, when Sandra was murdered, and now that he's older I know he would love to have the killer behind bars
It was in June of 2001, in Southeast Louisiana, just about 20 miles from New Orleans. Tropical Storm Allison dumped some water into the area.
