Meanwhile, when the boy's mother, Leanna Harris, arrived at a day care center to pick the boy up, employees there told her Cooper had never been dropped off, the detective said.

"Ross must have left him in the car," she replied, according to Stoddard. Witnesses said they tried to tell her many other things could have happened, but Leanna Harris insisted that Ross Harris must have left him in the car, Stoddard said.

How did she know?

need to look at times but didn't big harris call her before she attempted to go and pick up Cooper?

Aw.. They just said that his family basically collapsed. Crying in the halls. I feel awful for them.

I do too You can't help who your family is, and it's clear they all love RH very much... I'm sure this has been quite a shock to them. My ex is very much like RH but probably about 1000X worse, and thankfully doesn't have children... yet his family thinks he is an angel. If something ever happened and his life had to be brought up in court, I think his mother would likely have a heart attack... it's very easy to want to believe the best about people, especially your children. I hate that they had to find out this way. It's almost like a loss of innocence in a way. I can't even imagine... to know that my child killed his own child, my grandchild? The horror of that is heartbreaking...

I think Leanne has trouble ahead. I think that she is under investigation as we speak. That detective today said that to make a point. That they believe they are in cahoots.

I missed any medical emergency. Hopefully Mrs Harris is alright.

I feel so bad for the family. These people did not see this coming. I honestly don't know that the defense attorney even knew about the sexting etc.

LH affect is odd in court but I am not sure she was part of any conspiracy. RH IMO likes em young, dumb and subservient. I feel like LH may have spent much of her marriage walking on egg shells. Not physical, but possible psychological abuse.

not ready yet to jump on her.

Comments she made in interview room when alone with R do trouble me tho. as does the surety that R had left C in car when she arrived at daycare and C was not there. I wonder if R had ever done that before and C lived thru it that time.

I think the medical emergency was for the witness that was supposed to testify before the pastor... originally didn't he give someone else's name? And then said to the Judge xxxx had a medical emergency so now is going to testify. I THINK! It was muddled. But I think the other witness bailed.

The mother went to daycare and when told her son was not there, then, she said, "Oh, I guess he was left in the car" or words to that effect. WTH does that mean exactly? How did she know? Why is that her 1st instinct?

Did I hear this right on HLN? Conversation on the elevator after the hearing:
LH:
"What? He denied the bond?"
Occupant:
"Yea."
LH:
"That son of a b****."

Which is it?

On HLN they said when the sexting came out his mother gasped audibly and then got more and more upset. I feel bad for his parents.

So sad! Think wife knew? I mean it is bad enough to learn he is corresponding with women but to learn he is sending pics of his erection just has to be devastating!! I know people do this but I'm sorry I don't get it!!! Seems pervy.....
