Kelsey may go my her middle name, Emily. She has a 2-3 inch surgical scar on her lower ribcage, a surgical scar across her lower abdomen, and a 2-inch scar across her left hand and index finger. Her ears and nose are pierced.
Kelsey was last seen on May 9, 2009. She was leaving her home in Everett, Washington to meet a friend in Seattle, Washington. She planned to travel by public transportation. She never arrived in Seattle and has never been heard from again.
Kelsey was forced into prostitution by an older male. She disappeared after just a few weeks after testifying before a federal grand jury in Portland, Oregon about prostitution and human trafficking. In June 2009, about two months after she testified, the grand jury indicted the pimp for his alleged prostitution of Kelsey. But without a witness, there was no case and it was dismissed.
