Kevin Dillon was reported missing from St. John’s, NL by a family member on July 23, 1998. On July 17, 1998 items were found on a cliff in Middle Cove and identified as belonging to Kevin Dillon. On July 24, 1998 Kevin’s car was located on Middle Cove Beach along with his wallet, keys, and glasses. Kevin is described as 5’4”, 120lbs, with short brown hair and blue eyes.

I wonder what items of his were found on the cliff? At first glance it looks like a suicide. Or was there no water at the bottom of the cliff to sweep away his body? Is it strange that he left his glasses in the car? In the picture he's wearing his glasses. He was certainly a very slight man so could be more easily overpowered that a bigger man. There's not much to go on here. Did he have reason to want to disappear?
