I was looking at Kimberly possibly being this UID found in Kentucky in 2018. It’s a long shot, especially with so little information about her, but having been born in NC could indicate she went someplace other than New York City. Maybe?

Her NamUs page has been removed.

I wonder if there's any chance the year she went missing could be wrong. Ten days ago the profile of a Jane Doe from MD was removed and I wonder if they could be connected. The problem is JD was found in June 1998, a year before Kimberly went missing. JD PMI was weeks, and the stats fit.
