This is a sad and strange case. It doesn't appear that anyone has searched for Andrew in Kansas. The story that he left home for New York State seems to have been accepted without question. His mother and stepfather were not very forthcoming and provided vague information.

What is available is mostly speculation. Based on the few facts My personal opinion is that he didn't make it out of Kansas. He may not have made it out of the county. And no one is looking close to home.

Sorry if I am not allowed to post links, it has been so long since I have posted on here. If he really was headed to NY, he would have gone right through Ohio.
